What will a group session look like?
Saturday Sanctuary is self-directed with moments of non-judgmental round robin sharing. A setting in which members may participate, as much or as little, as individually preferred. I will moderate and design each session, by creating suggested content regarding the weekly topic, or topics, based on the group members input between sessions. There will be a weekly coaching experience from a member/s request, or by my suggestion, and/or a group exercise that benefits the week’s topic. There may be encouraged “homework” or journaling between sessions. Special guest coaches will join us from time to time, at no additional cost to you. Lastly, we will share laughter, joy and celebration, maybe some shedding of tears, active listening, group encouragement and support of one another.

Time: 8am to 9:30am, MST
Pricing
Participation duration is your choice.
One month: (Two sessions) $80.00 USD
Quarter: (Three months, six sessions) $180 USD *includes a discount of $30.00

Transitional Life Coach Amy Lechelt, CPC, received her certified professional coaching certification with International Coaching Academy (ICA). Amy is also graduate with T12N, “Edge of Courage” and “Fast Lane to Joy” directed by Mark Nicholson, and a graduate of Landmark Forum and their "Extraordinary" series. A Survivor of Domestic Violence, Amy completed her certification as a Domestic Violence Advocate with The Chicago Metropolitan Battered Women's Network and is a voice for all victims and survivors.
She splits her time in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico and Chicago, IL with her adorable Maltipoo, Vino; previously splitting their time living in Southern France for 7 years. Amy continues her passion for world travel and sunshine, singing, acting, blogging and vlogging with her hula hoop!
